The hand spans and heights for 4 students are shown below.

  • Graph the data from the chart on the following grid.
  • Be sure to clearly label each point with the students' names.

Since this requires a 2 point response, you will want to to be sure to plot the four points correctly and be sure to label the points as well. Your grid would look like this:

A 1 point response could be any of the following:

  • plotting at least 2 points and labeling them correctly
  • plotting 3 or 4 points correctly with no labels
  • making a bar graph or an inappropriate graph that indicates the data correctly

In a problem like this, you can label the points by the coordinates or the name of the student. You could have also connected the points with a line, this would be still be okay for your answer.
