What key elements will
be needed for a full four point answer?
First, fill in the chart with reasons why the
son thinks he should own a car and the father
thinks he shouldn't own a car.
Also look for words or phrases to show how
attitudes of father and son. How does each one
feel about the request to own a car?
Second, write about how their reasons are different.
Now, here's the part where your
brain is activated to high speed: compare and contrast
the attitudes
of the father and son. How does the father
feel about the request? How does the son feel about
his request? Can you tell how they feel about
each other?
If you write all that clearly and completely,
you're in for a full four point score!
