Cosby obviously loves his children even though he highlights
the frustrations of fatherhood. It's the combination of love
sprinkled with light sarcasm that creates the humorous tone
of his writing. As you read "Try Indirection and
Prayer," think of a reasonable conclusion you
might draw from the incident. It might be from the daughter's
point of view, or the father's point of view.

If you didn't check all three yes
buttons, take a look at what was missing, and go back and revise
your answer until you can check all three yes
buttons!
When you are totally satisfied with your answer, print the
Word document with your answer and score
for your teacher.
