Account Support Request
Requests received during school hours before 3pm are processed the same day.
Scholars who can log in to Launchpad but are unable to open other apps can recover account information through their Launchpad dashboard→Profile (upper right corner)→Settings→Recovery
For concurrently enrolled scholars: If you have primary enrollment in another FWPS school, you must contact the building school for account support or use the Launchpad recovery option.
