Was your student's verification re-activated for editing?
Don't be stressed out, placement for the next school year is guaranteed once the following steps are completed.
sign in & edit the existing student record
If no student record exists, the student is assigned to a different ParentVUE account:. Get help here.
Reactivating the verification installed important updates and now it’s ready for a fresh start. Log in to verifyonline and click:

What Needs action
Look familiar? The system takes you through screens to verify existing information & you’ve likely seen it before. But that was before re-activation brought it back to the beginning. Proceed, making any changes as necessary. After the Parent/Guardian section is complete, verification for student information will begin. It is vital to include & edit the existing student record here.
Click ^ include to move the inactive student to enroll in 2020-2021.
Then, click Edit
answer yes & check the code
After clicking edit, you will be prompted to verify student information and make any changes as necessary. Watch out for the Other Site or Program screen. YES must be in the answer box. Next, you’ll be asked to verify your program choice, Internet Academy, and the authorization code.
If IAenroll20 auto-populates the field, delete it.
This is NOT a valid code. Delete it and enter the authorization code: IAenroll
VERIFY THE VALID CODE IS ENTERED: IAenroll



SElect iA & finish
Almost there! The School Selection screen should contain a drop-down menu to select Internet Academy, just like in this picture on the left. If not, go back and check that Yes is entered in the Other Program screen & the code IAenroll is correctly entered (no numbers). Make a correction if you need to and continue.
